Sharpy's D&D Characters

This website is dedicated to the different characters I've played in Dungeons and Dragons over the past 2 or so years. Not all of my characters are currently here as this is for an assignemnt and I dont have the time to add all of them, but I'm planning on adding more in the future.

Joyful Damnation

Joyful Damnation was the first campaign I ever played in, it was also referred to as "the pirate campaign" since it heavily revolved around pirates, which is what my character, Roris, was. The campaign lasted about a year, but due to some events at the end of the year it got cancelled. It will still be some of the most fun I've had in a D&D campaign.

Roris

Roris was a Rogue using the Swashbuckler subclass, which probably wasn't the best choice mechanically speaking since Roris was a stealth archer and the Swashbuckler subclass is more about one on one melee combat. He is human but was raised by 2 elves, and by the time of the campaigns start he was around 24 years old but I did often play him as a grumpy old man who was done with everyones BS.

Although the campaign has ended I have been lucky enough to revisit the character in other campaigns such as our Level 20 Battle Royale one-shot and currently in a campaign with a power system based off of the Anime HunterxHunter.

Grim Hollow

Description from the Dungeon Master: Grim Hollow is a dnd campaign that has been hand tailored to challenge experienced players and give them a fresh experience. Taking inspiration from many forms of dark fantasy and horror media, it aims to subvert the expectations of dnd by making the players feel vulnerable, weak and afraid, as direct opposition and contrast to the power fantasy that dnd often provides. The players face dangers from all sides, trying to navigate a world that seemingly wants them dead, to the point where even the mention of a shadowy corner or a small noise is enough to raise suspicion. Grim Hollow presents the players with the ruins of a dying world, and tasks them not to save it, but to survive it.

Linos

Linos is a human sorcerer with the Draconic subclass. Lore wise this means his family gain attributes that are similar to a dragons such as scales, resistance to certain elemental damage types (Fire, Ice, Acid etc.) and can even gain wings when you reach level 14. He's currently only at level 1 but has some pretty good stats and is quite durable as his draconic ancestry gives him a natural protection that means he doesnt require armour. He is I believe the first spellcaster I have played, and I have given him a unique ability where when he casts a spell his veins will change colour to be that of the spells colour.

This campaign is very new and we've only has 2 sessions so far but Im having alot of fun with the darker tone of it all and the more challenging playstyle.

Steampunk

Description from the Dungeon Master: The campaign is set in a fantasy world which has recently been reshaped by the industrial revoltion, with the setting's tone and genre being primarily steampunk fantasy with elements of cosmic horror, as well as having inspirations from asian mythology, wierd west, political fantasy, gothic horror and pirate fiction. The Steampunk Campaign was designed for multiple adventuring parties to play in a communal setting, with each group having it's own plotline and arcs within the world. Over time, the various adventuring parties are designed to increasingly impact and interact with each other as part of a larger narrative. My group is known as Cowboy Bitchbop, a reference to popular Anime Cowboy Bebop.

Ember

Ember is part of a race known as Lizardfolk in D&D 5e. She is a ruthless Bounty Hunter from the city of Talanto and was inspired by a bounty hunter from the Star Wars universe named Embo. She was a level 4 fighter with the Sharpshooter subclass but also took a level in Rogue as her main form of combat was a sniper for the party, so gaining that extra damage from sneak attack was a bonus.

Ember ended up retiring at the end of the first arc after the party successfully took down the Baron of Talanto who had made a deal with a devil to gain power. She became the new Baroness of Talanto and as far as our group is concerned is still residing over the area.

Kira

Placeholder Image 3

Kira Takahashi is a Level 8 Wood Elf Ranger with a custom subclass known as The Ronin. He is distinguishable by the cloth covering his eyes as he is completely blind. This character is greatly inspired by Zenitsu from Demon Slayer and Kanan Jarrus from the Star Wars universe. His main weapon is his Katana but I've actually not used it that often and have not played this character for that long.
